Obsidian Platform not spawning on XYZ 100,50,0 in the End

When you go to the end there is supposed to be an obsidian platform at the XYZ coordinates 100, 50, 0. If the coordinates are in end stone, a small "room" is to be generated. I'm not getting that. Instead, sometimes I fall out of the world, and sometimes I suffocate in End Stone. Please fix.

Edit: Also, no matter where the end portal is, you're supposed to spawn at 100, 50, 0.

Similar problem, but #68 appears to be fixed in the later versions of MVNP.
Also, we are not spawning a portal, but instead we just need to create(not find like nether portals do) a few air blocks and some obsidian. And the fact that portals don't take you to 100,50,0 is completely unrelated to #68 .
