Add support for CraftConomy 3 (http://dev.bukkit.org/server-mods/craftconomy/). AllPay, as I understand it, does not work with CraftConomy 3 out of the box. Therefore, I cannot use this plugin as is to charge users fees to use portals (even if I set the prices/currencies in the portals config file, the player doesn't get charged). I believe others have requested support for Vault, as well; that is what most of us use to facilitate these kinds of issues, whereas AllPay is sort of the outsider.

Also, I thought @dumptruckman switched to Vault a while ago?

Vault should be able to handle this.
