Randomly started Sunday night, the server started crashing. After abit of troubleshooting, we found it was Multiverse, and more specifically, a certain portal. It had been working for awhile, but suddenly whenever a player walked through it, the server simply froze. I left it for hours and it wouldn't unfreeze. So deleted that portal and remade it exactly the same, and from looking at the new portal compared to the old one, the only thing that changed in the portals.yml is the server-crashing portal had this line in it:

Im sorry I don't have any nice errors or anything, the server would just freeze and i'd have to end the process. Occasionally i'd get a [Servere] Connection Lost. Just seems to be that one line. Tried different plugin versions, different CraftBukkit versions, happened all the time with that line. No idea where it came from... :p

This is unlikely to be caused by that bit of code. If anything that would cause an error. What your describing sounds like a multi-threading issue which is not something that would be affecting portals.
