Hello, is it possible to add commands then players go through the portals? The commands will not be done when the player go through the portal, but right after so I don't need to set permissions on the wrong world.
Example: "/ctf join 1" then I came in to the waiting room and "/ctf leave" then I go.

I was looking for this too, so we can add portals to our arena's hub instead of type the commands or use ugly signs.
Would be great if this gets implemented.

Yes, this is already possible with the handlerScript property of the portal. It may be somewhat complex but the details of how to write scripts are found here: http://dev.bukkit.org/server-mods/buscript/

edit: the scripts you assign should be stored in Multiverse-Core/scripts.
