can some one help me how do i make them load faster plz step by step.

Not sure what the cause, but shouldn't be very tough to find out.

This is not on my personal priority list though, I think most servers don't have hundreds of portals :)

This is a serious problem. We have about 800 portals, it takes 3 minutes to load these and 20 seconds for the rest of startup, including 1,500 warps and 50 other plugins.

I can attest to this. I have 10 portals and the time it takes for MV-P to startup is unbearable!
