It would be great that if in the config file or the modify command you could set the portal to have the confusion effect or sound effects. I would prefer it through the modify command so that most portals act like they naturally do in mvp. However if I was able to make a transporter to my starship that had the dizzy effect and have my trigger sound resource set to the star trek transporter sound... that would be groovy.

Unfortunately, such modifications are impossible without client mods.
