Problem

Is it possible to set a portal destination to a players last known location i.e logout location. To give some context, I made a survival world for my friends and I but decided to add a hub so on join players spawn at the hub but I want to make the survival portal teleport each player to their logout location and if they are new then to the default spawn of the survival world
