What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. Not sure... be op? (Not sure if you have to be that, but I am op on my server)
2. /muni addTown test awesomelemonade (awesomelemonade is my username for mc)
3. /town leave (You are the mayor and have no citizens)

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
An internal error occurred while attempting to perform this command

What version of the product are you using?
Latest (2.0.8) I think

Do you have an error log of what happened?
Yes:
Don't know how to copy and paste from the console -_-
But at the end.. it says NullPointerExepction on the method "OnCommand"

/town leave won't work when you're an officer. present version displays a message to that extent.

leaving the town works in current version but an empty town is left. this will need to be addressed later. this bug is closed though.

Changes did not save on server shutdown.
