Bug description
we are not able to tame dogs even with super perms.
Steps to reproduce
run minecraf 1.20.1 using Spigot. try taming dog while not server OP. try taming dog while Server OP.
Expected behaviour
should be able to tame dogs
Actual behaviour
receive message : [Mydog] Taming Failed! Looks like you have reached your limit of dogs! You can maybe set smoe dead dogs free, or revive some?
