Players can't tame a dog even with permissions on luck perms mydog.all.* perm in place

Steps to reproduce

Expected behaviour

dogs to be tamed

Actual behaviour

players are unable to tame dogs.

Sorry I forgot to add we are running 1.21.3 paper and these are the perms in place. also if you are op you are able to tame dogs

I think you forgot to upload the permissions?
