Like "<dogName> [<level>] [<owner>]".
Might be better to allow custom dog names on servers, by config. Like "{dogName} &f[&4{dogLevel}&f] &f[&4{dogOwner}&f]".

Suggestion by crazy233 on Spigot.

Being able to customize the dog name/dog level tag language/colors would be great!
