Allow players to enable mobs for the dogs to attack in ATTACK MODE - unless the mob is currently having the dog's owner as a target (in which case the dog's loyalty to their owner takes priority, overriding the attack mode selection of mobs to attack while roaming around in attack mode).

Great idea! Maybe like black/white list:

1. attack every mob instead of these in list [cow,pig]
2. only attack mobs in list [creeper,zombie,skeleton]
