Dynmap issues. Warps not showing after first boot

Using MyWarp v3.0-SNAPSHOT+jenkins-b176.git-3126cab9ba

Dynmap warps do not show up when the server boots unless I do /mywarp reload
after which they will show up.

Should be fixed in the latest devBuild.
