Description of the Problem

Warp cooldowns and vault support not working.
I can use all the commands create warps and tp to them, but there is no cooldown and it does not charge money at all.
Using Spigot 1.13, vault 1.67, gemseconomy 4.5, MyWarp v3.0-rc-1

Log Output

no error, no warnings. Log is fine.

Additional context

I remember it working a few days ago, but now it is not anymore. I tried deleting all configs and setting it up from scratch but no success. Is there a permissing to bypass cooldowns and fees? So I maybe messed it up myown?

Sry. My fault ... stupid permission inheritance ... mywarp.* was set somewhere ... I just overlooked it several times :/
