any one vanish or invisible the name tag still can see it pls fix that and make it when player invisible hide the tag

What vanish plugin are you using? May just be a fault of the vanish plugin as the tag usually disappears.

staff+ or essentials but also when drink invisible potion still tag show

Are you using 1.8.x client ? If yes, this is a client sided bug which got fixed in 1.9.
