NTE ver: 4.4.6 (I don't think the error is from the version)
Software: Spigot 1.8

My name was colored to DARK_RED, but I'm not opped.
I was set all permissions for all ranks & it's have the normal tag color.
But when I set to Admin or Higher, the name color is colored to DARK_RED
I didn't give Admin and higher OP and some OP permissions.

How to fix this?

I use PermissionsEx for permissions

Already fixed, due to long char / more than 16, so the text is cutted & the name color is set to last color of text.
