Nametags aren't always showing

Plugins:
luckperms, commandpanels, mycommand, PAPI, LPC, bungeeTablistPlus bukkit bridge
Issue:
When player1 is already in a server and player2 enters the server, player1 will not see player2's nametag, unless player2 changes it or types /nte reload. However if later, player3 would come to the server, then everything would be like that: player1 won't see player2's nametag and player3 would see it. Can't reproduce but it's an interesting issue. Please check the issue persists without other plugins, especially bungeeTablistPlus that might cause issues.

We have this same issue. We removed the tablist plugin temporarily and the nametags no longer disappear. Tablist has been disabled in the config the whole time but the nametags disappear regardless if we run both Tablist and NameTagEdit plugins. Do you have any potential fixes that don't require us removing one plugin or the other? Thanks!
