When i'm installed Vault (1.7.3) on my server this broke my Tab

When i delete Vault :

Then if you did update Vault and with the old version its working well, its not a NametagEdit issue.

So i need to update Vault 1.7.2

When i downgrade to Vault 1.7.2 , this do the same thing
