Nametag keeps the player name even when player uses vanishing potion?

As title says, I am experiencing problem, could you help me with it?
Players which use vanishing potions can be seen if their nametags are on as their name with tag will be displayed above their heads.

Issue with 1.8 mc. This was fixed in 1.9 if I recall correctly.
