API Bug Report

This server is running CraftBukkit version git-PaperSpigot-"4c7641d" (MC: 1.8.8) (Implementing API version 1.8.8-R0.1-SNAPSHOT)

NametagEdit version 4.1.7

PermissionsEx, WorldEdit, SkinsRestorer, ViaVersion, NametagEdit, Chat (my project), Vault, ProtocolLib, Lobby (my project with the NTE event), HolographicDisplays.

Please explain your issue. How do you trigger it?

When I'm using the API example code only NametagEvent doesn't work, but other events in the same class e.g. PlayerJoinEvent, PlayerQuitEvent is working normally.
