When I config my groups.yml and make everything work. Players who have all permissions aren't getting their right rank.

Developer has '*' permission but is still getting the default tag. I used negation (-nte.default) for every group.

Just changed to the lastest spigot 1.12.2 and still the same issue

Did you try adding the group priority?

Are you using MySQL or flat file?
Can you post your configs (If MySQL, please remove hostname, username, database, and password)

When i give a player full permissions '*' They default out to co-owner, yet when i do - -nte.co-owner it doesn't remove that :/
