What version of Bukkit/Spigot/PaperSpigot are you using? Type /ver

• This server is running Paper version git-Paper-243 (MC: 1.14.4)

What plugins are you using? Type /plugins

• I use over 35 plugins and I do not have citizens plugin but i have a plugin called armor stand tools. I use it as an alternative for Citizens

Please explain your issue. How do you trigger it?

• The thing is that I always lose my prefix in tab and on top of my player head whenever someone leaves the server. There are only 3 of us in the server. The server is currently not public. Whenever someone leaves the server, I am the one who specifically loses prefix.

• I turned on debug mode and I saw this in my console around the time that I lose my prefix

Just found a solution! Use this plugin: https://www.spigotmc.org/resources/tab-1-5-x-1-15-x-free-version.57806/
It provides numerous features including fixing the collision problem associated with this plugin.
