When a player is killed or when they die their prefix is removed and can only be brought back when they relog
I download build 4.4.16, version server core PaperSpigot 1.16.5 #458. After death the tag is not deleted, but after relog deleted 100%. It is deleted only from the re-visited one for everyone, but in this way you can see the tags for those who did not have them.
