API eclipse error "com.nametagedit.plugin cannot be resolved"

This problem comes when I try to call the nametagedit api.
Version of NametagEdit 4.5.8.
Version spigot: 1.8.8-R0.1-snapshot.
Make sure NTE is referenced as a valid dependency (https://github.com/sgtcaze/NametagEdit/blob/master/documentation/Developers.creole)
