Weapon damages are loaded even if the module is disabled

Edit: when I do /ocm reload in-game with old-armour-strength set to false I get a message in-game saying "[DEBUG][ModuleOldArmourStrength] Attempting to apply armour value to item". I only get that message in-game and not in console. I just want to make sure that its not using the pre1.9 armor values since I have it set to false.
That is normal, it is just the plugin check that you have the correct value (either 1.9 default or what's specified in the config). Instead, I found I got an internal error when reloading, which I have now fixed in the latest test version.
