I downgraded to build 18 and it fixed it.

Does build 21 work? Or 20? Or 19?

Basically when you wear armor at the bottom you see Armor bars and on build 22 it somehow causes them to disappear.

It would be great to figure out what change caused the problem. You can bisect the builds to find when it stops working faster, i.e. try build 20, if it doesn't work 19, if it works 21

Not sure haven't tested those i updated from build 18 to build 22
