When i add this plugin , Waystones Datapack will be broken and stop working.

You're not really giving me any information to work with here - assume I don't know anything about what you're talking about. Server /version? Link to the datapack? What specifically isn't working about the pack, what functionality do you expect and not see?

An aside: I highly recommend you use plugins and not datapacks for more complex features - datapacks are not capable of being optimized beyond a certain level due to their reliance on scoreboard objectives and repeating commands. They're also much harder to profile if your server is lagging.
