Allow warping to coordinates

Requested on forums: warp directly to a coordinate triplet.

Now that I ponder this, I feel like the users without Multiverse could find this functionality very handy. Thoughts?

I'm thinking out of scope, which is why I haven't accepted the bug yet. Let me ponder it for a bit longer.

I dunno about this, I just always get uneasy when we duplicate functionality between MV and OW
