Add a new command "/pa respawn" (player only), "/pa respawn (player)" (console only).

Used to trigger a manual "death". I think it would be too dangerous for other players to allow the death of another player, so it should be restricted to the console.

This has been added with various aliases. Command: "back", "die" and "respawn" will allow the player to navigate back to the last checkpoint, triggering a death.
Still outstanding is a console variant of the command.

Console command: "pac respawn (player)" with the same aliases as the player command.
