Basically add a new thing to the /pa rewarddelay where you can specify a time like 14:00 where any players who received the parkour reward before that time of day can now get it again. So for example if you did the parkour and got the reward at 13:59, you could do the parkour again and get the reward at 14:00, but if you did the parkour at 14:01 you would need to wait until the next day at 14;00. Could be cool to have in some situations.
