When a player joins there is a like 75% chance that they will get lag for 2-15 seconds before everything catches up.

I've noticed that during this time other players can see the information they put into chat but they cannot see it themselves.

My server is running pex 1.23.3 w/ bungeecord and linked perms through mysql

if you need any more info I'd be happy to find it. I really dont wanna switch off pex i've used it forever and its what I know but this lag is pretty bad.

I'm retarded someone turned on QoS on my home router and it was screwing up the network traffic.

Apparently I only log into my own server lol didn't realize it happens everywhere for like a week and a few server upgrades later.
