I almost necrobumped issue #491, but decided that a new issue might get a little more attention. It seems that the permissions node never actually lost relevancy - the permission node in question is still relevant and still missing from the documentation.

I could not execute the following command:

/pex group Member rank 500

But adding the permissions.groups.rank.* fixed the issue:

/pex group Owner add permissions.groups.rank.*

There also seems to potentially be another missing node for the /pex version command, among a handful of others that I hadn't recorded at time of having said issue.

This issue occurred while running v1.23.4 which is the newest version available. It would be appreciated if anyone with write access to this repo's wiki would add the above information.

the issue is no longer relevant because we do not support pex v1 and anyone who wants to continue to use v1 should probably just use debug mode
