• Add a confirmation message for leaving a job for example: "Are you sure to leave your job? Type Yes or No"

• Add more possibility in lang.yml, for modify "minecraft days" for example ^^

Hello, about the second suggestion, I really think It is already added. You can just go to your language file and delete the time translations. Minecraft does not have a translation so it is not added to the file.
