On a Paper 1.21 server (Paper build 109), Plugman (on the most recent version) cannot load Arecon & AxiomPaper, and if you try /plugman unload/load or /plugman enabled/disabled, it doesn't work!

Can you tell me if this is my Plugman version, or if it's the versions of the Arceons & AxiomPaper plugins (the latest version for both) ?
