Many larger servers want to have more control over which power projectiles can be used by which players. This is best achieved by hooking the plugin into existing permissions systems.

Ideally, there would be permissions for the following actions

• Crafting each power projectile (if false, the player cannot craft the projectile).
• Using each power projectile (if false, the projectile has no special effect when shot).
