Sometimes at random times the default prefix shows for users

My custom prefix it's the one showing "Miembro >" and the default one is the "[Member]" one

i mean how do you reproduce something that happends randomly? there's no way of doing it, and you can check my previous rank.yml in another issue i did (still the same rank.yml as now)

1. if we can't reproduce the error, we can't fix it.
2. there is no such file called rank.yml
