PreciousStone for 1.9 or 1.13?

Hi, I would like to know if the PreciousStone has already left for 1.9 or 1.13 up

someone by the name of nathan wolf made a 1.13 update and it seems to be working without any issues at all

I think that the latest version has been tested on 1.8-1.12, so 1.9 should work with the latest version.
