I'm not sure what causes this situation. I thought the only fix was a reload but today I had a mail from a user when I logged on saying it was happening again and by the time I was logged on it was no longer happening. In any case, this is at least the 3rd time in 2 weeks. I'm usually not noticing it myself since I'm a coward and run around with /god on but one of my honest users occasionally mails me "it's doing it again" and I have seen it happening for myself at least once. I consider it a fairly important issue if it makes everyone nearly invulnerable. I'm still on 5.0.2 but I will update to the latest and greatest tonight and report if it happens again.
