I use precious stones along with public warp and command bin. Whenever i try to /put or anyone whos not op tries to warp to a spot within a diamond block field it says they cant be teleported there (note that after the cannont teleport message it says welcome to like they warped). I've tried non-op placed diamond blocks but same thing. I've tried disabling prevent-teleport on the blocks, still doesn't work. Right now im setting up warps outside the protections which is out of town, so it is very inconvienient to walk for atleast a minute everytime you want to go to town

Did you remove the prevent-teleport flag from the field in the config.yml?

Looking at the code and did a test, if there is no prevent-teleport flag, then there is no blocking of teleports.
