Ok, so sorry for yesterday, i did not had time to add a screenshot and just wanted to comment asap, also im sure it is PSStone problem since there is not any plugins running (I removed them to proof you)

Your problem is that you are using an old version of CB1.1. Read the big bold text on the very top of the PS bukkitdev page.
