Actually ill make it toggable in next version. It makes sense.

Good find, thanks. It's not toggable the wiki is wrong. Still building the flag reference, its for v8,1.0 so you may see other flags that don't exist yet :)

Problem with 'prevent-use' flag.
If prevent-use: [51,61](random number for example)
Who allow in private can't use 51 and 61 /
Only owner can.
