Global Flag: Build or Destroy only in protected Field.

The idea is to prevent grief and energize all users to making protection fields.( google trans. :) )

How to prevent Building outside the field ? something like a global flag building only in protected field .

you have to make a protection to build.

can you add list of items bypass the flag, like torches.
