I suggest to allow admins to set the radius over the limits in config file.

Not sure I get it. What do you mean by setting the radius over the limits. Can you elaborate a bit? The way it currently works is that you can only use a smaller radius than the default one.

For example the radius limit is 15 blocks. I'am an admin, and the suggestion is to allow me (using a permission) and my staff to set a radius over 15 blocks... I need set a protection block with radius 50, without set the radius limit on 50, because I don't would give the limit of 50 for all players.

i see, ok got it, adding a bypass permission on next version.
