Updating heal/feed flags for v8

I missed a changelog on how to update godstone heal and feed.

In the config do I change slow-heal: true and slow-feed: true to something else? I tried heal: 1 and it didn't work. I also tried heal: true.

I guess I don't understand flags. Sorry and thanks in advance for being so helpful.
