There is a situation where I would like to prevent the destruction of minecarts.
(I would still like all players to be able to use it, just not destroy it.)
The flag prevent-destroy does not include this.

I see things were changed:

Minecarts cannot be destroyed in protected fields.
You cannot enter minecarts in protected fields.

You can use and destroy and own minecart in protected fields. Thumbs up!
