Healing stones resurrecting players?

I saw this discussion in my log today:
23:36:25 [INFO] [Boobadee]: So, found a nasty bug with the healing P stones
23:36:41 [INFO] [Personage]: What's that?
23:36:49 [INFO] [Boobadee]: I had one bring me back from the dead. I hit respawn and ended up where I died
23:37:01 [INFO] [Personage]: Is that what's causing it?
23:37:05 [INFO] [Personage]: I've had that happen twice now
23:37:07 [INFO] [Boobadee]: Then I crashed on death, had to relog, and when I came back I was alive again
23:38:12 [INFO] [Personage]: Doesn't seem to happen every time though
23:38:21 [INFO] [Personage]: but both times for me was when I was spam clicking to kill something
23:38:28 [INFO] [Boobadee]: Same here
We're on cb2117, latest PS.
