I have an idea. How about a Pstone that gives defined (plugin)permissions inside of its field range.

So say u only want players to be able to use global chat at spawn. You can place the PermissionPStone at spawn and players with in its field will have the permissions that is set in the config for that stone.

This would really open up endless opportunities.
