Some bugs! (if prevent-place-everywhere: true)

Hi a found several bugs can it be fix pls ?

  1. Bypass for admins if: prevent-place-everywhere: true

1a. Bypass for items(IF: prevent-place-everywhere: true) like: Torch, Chest, Crafting Table, Furnace, Sign, Dispenser.

Optional 2. If block is destroyed from Super Pickaxe(WorldEdit) the block fall, the protection stay there.

Optional 3. Can be added PVP control in the field (true/false)

[] Added: prevent-place-everywhere setting can now be bypassed with the "preciousstones.bypass.place" permission
[] Added: prevent-destroy-everywhere setting can now be bypassed with the "preciousstones.bypass.destroy" permission

Superpickaxe nothing can be done about that.

Don't understand your last request. Would help if you wrote things out rather wrote in a cryptic outline format
