Cuboid found in wrong table

Hi I just had a problem that i updated 1 kind of field to be cuboid and the server crashed. so I put it back to cuboid false and it still crashed. I checked the DB and noticed that (for example block id 42) I had fields in the the cuboid table with the block id 42 and fields in the fields table with the block id 42. I think thats why it was complaining that the fields were in the wrong place. I searched the inet and noticed this was supposed to be fixed on 8.1.3. Plase let me know if you need more info to fix that so it doesnt happen again. I managed to get my server back up after about half an hour but i still dont know how... my table is still messed up ...
