There should be another flag added to disable splash potion.. Or just make it only disable any potion that would harming other players (Splash Potion of Harming, Splash Potion of Poison, Splash Potion of Weakness, etc.)
Poeple keep using splash potion to kill the owner of an area even thought the owner have put peace keeper.
It's was a major problems on any server.
